Online via My Medical Record for Hospital Test Results

If you are unable to use the NHS App, NHS Website, SystmOnline and My Medical Record to view your test results, you can use our online request form instead. This service is open 8am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays). 

Phone the surgery after 2pm on 01425 201111 (unless you are an Arnewood patient then please call before 2pm)

Note: Processing times differ according to what type of test you have had. All test results are viewed by your doctor, and we will contact you if we need to pass on any messages. If you require 24/7 access to get your test results, you can use the NHS App, NHS Website or SystmOnline
