Barton Surgery Improvement Works and Temporary Closure

Coastal Medical Partnership will be carrying out improvement works at our Barton Surgery site. This is to create an additional clinical room and some other minor works to increase the amount of capacity we can offer our patients. To allow this, Barton Surgery will be closed from Friday 9th January until Monday 9th February 2026. During this time:

Reception: Patients can still contact Barton reception, secretaries and admin teams by telephone, or visit in person at Arnewood Surgery

Nurses: Our nursing team will be based at New Milton Health Centre

Doctors: Our doctors will be based at Arnewood Surgery

Appointments: When booking online via Rapid Health or over the phone, we will confirm the location of your appointment

All other sites are unaffected

We appreciate your understanding while we make these improvements and we look forward to welcoming you back to Barton Surgery once the works are complete.
