There are many new and easy ways to 'self-manage' your health online, without the need to contact the surgery. This can be for minor illness or admin tasks such as:
- Cancel an appointment
- Get a repeat prescription
- Get a sick note
- Get test results
- Join the surgery

An appointment can be requested via our online request form. Our trained clinical triage team will use the information you give us on the request form to make sure you get the most suitable appointment or advice for your needs. This could be with a:
- GP
- Physician Associate
- Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Practice Nurse with Prescribing
- Practice Nurse or Health Care Assistant
- Musculoskeletal (MSK) First Contact Physiotherapist
- Pharmacy First
- Paramedic
- Health and Well-Being Team
- Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician
We may offer you a consultation:
- By phone
- Face to Face at the surgery
- By video call
- At the Urgent Treatment Centre in Lymington Hospital
- With Pharmacy First
Appointments by phone or video call can be more flexible. This often means the health professional can help you sooner.
