Surgery Closure Thursday 17th July (from 1pm) for TARGET Training
This Thursday 17th July, all our sites will be closed from 1pm until we re-open as usual on Friday 18th July. This is so that our GPs and Practice Nurses can join the TARGET training scheme. This even
If you have trouble with sleeping and tiredness, our workshops will help you find out why. After identifying the root cause of your concern, our experienced team will teach you new ways to get a good night’s sleep.
The sleep workshop will comprise of two or three 45-minute sessions, either in person at the Arnewood Practice or online via Teams.
We expect between 10-15 people at each session. Ideally it would be great to attend all three, however if that is not possible, please come to the ones you can.

What Can I Expect?
Dr Rose Neary is a GP based at the Arnewood practice and will lead the sessions.
Session 1: Dr Neary will discuss some background information about sleep and common themes that can disrupt it. As well as discussing practical tips you can try.
Session 2: Dr Rose Neary will check in to see if any tips have worked so far and give an overview of 'Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for insomnia' (CBTi)
There are plenty of time for questions at each session.

Friday 13th June 2025 from 11am to 11.45am

Both sessions will be held with a choice of joining in person at The Arnewood Practice 'Resource Room' or Online via 'Teams'
