What Are Sleep Workshops?

If you have trouble with sleeping and tiredness, our workshops will help you find out why.

The workshops focus on identifying the root causes of sleep problems and exploring practical solutions through evidence-based techniques and personal experiences.

What Can I Expect?

There will be two 1 hour interactive sessions.
Session 1: Common sleep disturbances, practical tips for improvement, and a Q&A segment.
Session 2: Reflection on the first session and introduction to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi), with additional time for questions.

Confidentiality is emphasised throughout, and participants are expected to respect privacy when sharing personal experiences.
